‘Edderkoppen Som Finder Sine Vinger’ is a childrens’ book written (not yet published) by Pernille Hansen for children aged 5-8. I’m creating 22 illustrations to help narrate the story of a small spider who goes on a quest through the garden with the hope of getting her own set of wings – just like the butterflies.

Style
The style of the illustrations are heavily influenced by real nature/anatomics as per the authors request, but with more “friendly” and childish features for the main characters to make them more cute and/or enhance emotions.

The author and I have agreed to keep some discretion about the plot and illustrations until the book has been published.
