Branding Upgrade for Local Game Jam
About K Jam
K Jam is an annual game jam organised by students – for students – at Aarhus University. The event has been sponsored by companies such as Lego, IDA, IT Minds, Cryptomathic, Prochimp and Funday Factory. K Jam was in need of a new and more professional looking logo to match the ambitions of the event, as well as flyers, posters and a social media presence to attract more participants.
The logo
The logo is build around circles and diagonal lines. It is simple while also having “liquid” shape details that hint to the double meaning of the word “jam”. The svg logo can be used in the full “K Jam” version, with the added year beneath or as the shortened and SoMe friendly “KJ” version.

Before creating any SoMe content I created a visual identity for K Jam. You can find the Instagram account I started here.
