Andersens Økohus
Case study
While taking the course ‘Digial Koordinator’ I got to work on this case. We had to develop a digital presence and marketing plan for the ficticious restaurant Andersens Økohus.
Challenges
During the course of approx. 10 hours we had to develop the brand identity of Andersens Økohus, create a marketign strategy and a website mockup. While the logo was provided for us, I had to develope a style guide and ToV as well as identify unique selling points. I made a SWOT analysis and set SMART goals. For the marketing aspect we created mockups of a newsletter, Instagram post and Google search ad.
AI generated images
For this project worked with AI generated images. I used prompts such as “nordic spring dish on rustic plate” in Adobe Firefly to create images for our IG post and website mockup – and noone could tell!

Website Mockup
After identifying key CTAs and creating the style guide and ToV, I build a landing page mockup in Adobe XD. I’ve used stock video for the website hero to convay a feeling of intimacy and the fine dining experience. I would not recommend using stock video and AI generated images if it was possible to get real footage from the restaurant.
